speaker and sound testing

I went to cheqroom and loaned 4 speakers, and 2 lupas, so I could experiment with them in a space as objects themselves. I converted the sounds into MP4 files, and they were able to loop from the usb. I am going to go to officeworks and buy a white box to cover the wires and plugs, and bring some extension cords and powerboards to make everything look cleaner and keep wires away from the centre of the room. In these experiments one set of the speakers I had were missing an aux cord so I wasn’t fully able to explore the surround sound effect but even with just two speakers it was a lot more effective than the work I displayed for my crit. I think I like the idea of entering a space and when developing my final soundtrack I want to keep thinking about this.
